Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox born December 25, 1954, Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother and Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox went to Lennox's Royal Academy of Music, London in the 1970s. She was a harpsichord student as well as the flautist piano for three years. The budget of her was augmented with a student stipend and part-time jobs. Lennox was able to make a change in her profession after she became dissatisfied by her lack of skill in contrast to the other Royal Academy students. Lennox began her career as a flute-player with the group Dragons Playground. She left the band prior to the group's appearance on I.T.V.s talent show New Faces. She was the singer of The Tourists from 1977 until the year 1980. The band she was in, was met by Dave Stewart. Together they would form their own group, the Eurythmics Pop duo. Lennox started work with Diva in 1992. This was her first solo album. The album was an enormous success both commercially and critically. Nostalgia Lennox's 6th solo album was released in November 2014. The C.D. Lennox chose her favorite soul jazz blues tracks from early childhood. Also, in May of 2019, Lennox published Lepidoptera a collection of four piano pieces that she improvised. The E.P. is the companion album of her artwork in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art called"Now I'll Let You go... The album is the first time she has released an independent album. Annie Lennox was born in 1954 on December 25. She is a philanthropist, activist as well as a performer. The Tourists were a new-wave group who had some popularity in the latter part of 1970s. Later, Lennox became a part of the band with fellow musician Dave Stewart to form the pop duo Eurythmics. In 1992 Lennox launched a solo career by releasing her debut album Diva which yielded numerous successful songs includingWhy andWalking through Broken Glass. Medusa the 1995 studio album features the cover versions of some popular songs like No MoreILove Yous and A Whiter Shade of Pale. Her solo catalog includes six studio albums, as well as one compilation album.
